Prestige Pools always has been a family-owned and operated business. You have the added peace of mind that comes through dealing with me, Pat Henry and my family. I bring over 45 years of experience to work for you. We work with you throughout the construction process and for the entire time you own a Prestige Pool. In fact, all of our construction and service crews are employed directly by Prestige Pools, not seasonally hired on a sub-contract basis. This allows us to keep close personal contact with you, and a much tighter control on work scheduling, procedures and quality standards.

We had our pool put in by Prestige Pools several years ago and it was one of the best decisions we made. I literally just hung up the phone with Jeff related to a service call, and I said to him "you guys are seriously awesome." I had called that morning with a concern about a repair needed to our pool cover. They had a crew in the area and were able to get on it the same day. The design and build went as promised, pool looks great and we enjoy being out there every summer. But after all that's said and done, I really appreciate the amazing customer service and professionalism when it comes to ongoing service and any needed repairs. You will be so happy that you used this company the first time you have a question or need any kind of repair -- they will be calm, professional, pleasant, and all over getting it fixed for you so you can get back to enjoying your pool. Really, can't recommend them highly enough, completely excellent and great to deal with!

I met Pat at the Home and Garden show along with several other competitors. After quotes, designs and proposals, I chose to work with Prestige because of their professionalism and attention to detail. Even with the uncertainty that comes with coordinating multiple work groups around weather, the team communicated frequent updates on status. All individuals from Prestige were professional and great with my entire family. The service and follow up communication was also wonderful including pool closing, chemical questions and service needs. All in all, a fantastic experience.

This was the second time I had a pool built and I intentionally searched for a family owned pool installer and found Prestige Pools. As I had hoped, Prestige Pools had developed long standing and close relationships with landscapers and electric and gas installers. As a result, the coordination between everyone went smoother than expected. Most of all, the care and quality of every aspect of the project was amazing. We love the custom elegant look and functional enhancements to our pool that came with using Prestige Pools.

Pat & his crew at Prestige Pools installed our pool over 15 years ago and we have never looked back. Throughout all these years they continue to provide exceptional service every time we call. As pool owners know repairs and maintenance can be expensive, the staff at Prestige (ex. Chris, Jess, Trevor) continue to go above and beyond. They are patient with our frequent questions, tolerant of our occasional 'rants' and always there to help us. Time and again they are either walking us through how to do something or helping us trouble shoot a problem. They are sensitive to the fiscal impacts of pool ownership and try to provide us the most cost effective options. Our most recent interaction required the replacement of our chlorinator (delivered the next day) and the need to replace our pool pump. As a person with 101 questions Chris and Trevor were patient in answering them all. We selected a variable speed pump (more efficient) and it was installed within a week. When we discovered a small leak in an adjacent pipe fitting they were out and fixed it in no time. For 15 years Prestige has been providing exceptional customer service. Now days that can be hard to find. It's not often anymore that you come across a company with exceptional customer service but Prestige has been providing this level of service to us for 15 years and I would never consider using anyone else.

The pool install went great. We are very pleased with our pool and the construction. Patrick and his crew communicated every step of the way during the install. The coordination with our landscaper was also fantastic. The maintenance & service with Prestige Pools continues to exceed our expectations. Any company can install a pool but the the customer service provided along the way and after is key. Jeff and the team treat you like family. Prestige is the best!

The team at Prestige, as always, was immediately responsive and very helpful with all of our issues.  From working with the insurance agent to guiding us on next steps to ensure that our pool was kept in pristine shape during the outage.  I have worked with a number of pool companies through the years and truly appreciate the service and the results we have achieved through Prestige Pool.  As I think through the best way to describe why I continue to work with them...they care.  Pools, as owners know, can be finicky and Prestige always follows up on service to make sure things are in working order...a very big thank you for their help with our recent issues!

They left the area fine afterwards. They did a good job. We have been using them for probably fifteen years since we had the pool. It takes them probably an hour to open the pool. Getting an appointment is fine. We know we have to do it ahead of time. We schedule the appointment about three to four weeks ahead. The quality of their service is excellent. The only time we had an issue with them, we went back to the owner who installed our pool originally and that took care of it. Everything was fine. We have never had any real issues with them. We had a scheduling issue for service in the pool while we were going to be out of time. Once we talked to Henry, the owner, everything was clear. That was the only time we ever had a problem and they resolved it very fast. They do show up when they say they are going to. They do not tell you a particular time of day. They just say what day they are going to be here.

I used Prestige Pools for the first time to replace a worn out pool heater. They promptly returned my call and asked appropriate questions about my pool since they had never serviced it before. Their price was similar to other pool dealers. They stocked and recommended a better quality heater than my local dealer which was important to me to avoid future down-time and service calls. They accommodated my schedule for the install date even though it's a busy time of the year for them. The service tech, Bob, was great. When he was plumbing in the new heater, he went out of his way to correct an unrelated plumbing issue at no additional charge - in my experience this is rare in the pool service industry. So far the heater works and there are no leaks.
I was happy with their service, their price was fair, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Presitge Pools installed our pool over 8 years ago.  Most recently we experience a loss in our family but still needed to work on maintaining our pool.  Prestige Pools is a family centered company and went out of their way to be sure I had what I needed delivered to my home so it was available when we needed it.  Our pool is located at a second home over 1 hour away.  i feel I have a great team in the Prestige Pool staff as they are happy and willing to help me maintain my pool long distance.

Pat is a great salesman and told a great story about his history.
That's were the greatness ended. Pool took months to build. Pat was very, very difficult to deal with. Anytime he came on site he would talk to the landscapers and other trades but didn't acknowledge us the owners. Other than pick out the liner, size of the pool and equipment we had no say when they were constructing the pool. The bottom has three levels that we didn't know. Had lots of challenges getting them to back fill the pool passed it off to the landscaper who ended up doing it.
Couldn't work with my concrete company to get the handles installed properly. When they didn't fit the holes that were put in the cement Pat blamed it on the concrete guys even though they did it exactly as they were told from the pool. When we hired Pat in June we said we wanted the pool completely installed before we moved into the home in early August. They finally put the pool cover on in October.
I complained when I saw that the box for the cover was not lined and didn't even have a drain. I told them I wanted a drain tile installed. They literally buried one six inches deep and stuck it in the side of the pool box. It would have had no effect. There was a surprise every step of the way. It was always my fault according to Pat. I can say we had 300+ subs / trades onsite during the building project of this very large custom home on 4 acres. Their were only two that I could not recommend and Pat & Prestige Pool are at the top of the list.
When we opened the pool after the first winter, the liner was floating in the shallow end of the pool. The flaws are too numerous to mention. Right down to the first step into the pool is too low, Pat didn't calculate that there would be pavers all around the pool so the first step is twelve inches high rather than 8 inches.
From my perspective there isn't more negative reviews because you need them to come and fix all the items that are outstanding long after the pool is installed and you don't want to get on their bad side.

Family owned and run company.
Great customer service.  Prices comparable to competitors.
The only thing I wish I had done differently, is used a different landscaper.
Prestige really recommends a company that they have a long standing relationship with, so we used them and I found them to be extremely difficult to work worth in just about every way.  
Other than that - Prestige itself was great.

They were timely and were willing to negotiate on the price a little. Initially the customer rep was helpful. The quality was adequate. I did have a concern after the fact about where they put the pool liner in the ground. I don't know that I was satisfied with their response, to be honest. I can't say it was my fault or their fault completely, but I wished for a slightly different outcome than I got. But, that's the way it is. They made an effort.

update APRIL, 2015 - I ASKED THEM TO SEND ME A BID TO REPAIR THE LEAK THEY CAUSED AND THEY WON'T EVEN DO THAT. I HAVE BOTH EMAILED THEM AND TALKED TO THEM ON THE PHONE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT.

My 10 year old pool heater required replacement of a failed control module.  Prestige recommended replacement of the heater due to the age.  My heater was replaced in April of 2010.  In August of 2011 the heater began to leak after 1 year of use.  Upon inspection by Prestige, it was determined the heat exchanger had corroded and required replacement.  It was assumed the manufacturer, Raypac, would repair the heater under warranty.  The local Raypac representative inspected the heater and denied the claim blaming the water quality.  The claim was escalated to Raypac's headquarters where they also denied the claim blaming the water quality.  When Raypac was asked to specifically identify what was bad with the water quality they were unable to and suggested I bring a sample to a water professional for testing.  In the spring of 2012, Prestige offered to repair the heater at no cost to us.  We have been customers of Prestige for over 11 years and this is typical of the service we receive.  When we have experienced problems over the past 11+ years, Prestige has provided outstanding service providing information and/or repairs as needed.
We have other pool stores close to our home but choose to drive a considerable distance to Prestige.  I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone looking to install or service a pool.

They did a nice job on our pool. We pay quite a bit for their services. The overall experience has been very good. Their price was in the same area as everybody else. The quality of their service has been good. We had a problem but they took care of it. We will continue to use them.

These guys are awesome to work with. Friendly, dependable, and extremely helpful.  They also took time out of their busy fall schedule to come out to do a pool orientation with us on the day we closed on our new home, while another local company told us they were too busy to come out. They have been absolutely wonderful as we are pool 'rookies' who just bought a house with an inground pool. Excellent service.
