House turned out beautifully. Sold very quickly.  It has never looked better.  I should have done this years ago.  I intend to use them on the next house that I purchase earlier in the process.
The improvements were more than just painting and doing floors.  They fixed a large number of things as well. They were always polite, timely and very careful to clean up each day.  I am not much on colors, and Jimmy was a huge help in selecting the appropriate colors and suggesting how to bring up the curb appeal.   I did not think the house could look this good.

The work was performed on time and done properly. We were very pleased.

Jimmy Sande and his crew were unfailing professional and gracious. They went beyond the call of duty at every turn. We made a sudden and unexpected decision to sell our home. They worked with us tirelessly to meet an almost impossible deadline to get it on the market.
While performing these services, Jimmy and his crew identified other related work that would help our home show its best. They always checked to see if we wanted that additional work done. Often, they performed that work without additional charge to us. If that work did include a charge, that cost was clearly explained to us before we made our decision.
Jimmy's kindness and humor helped us navigate through a very stressful time. He has both a love of older homes and an expertise in dealing with their unique aspects.
We would recommend Premiere FInishes to anyone looking for a great provider with a broad spectrum of home renovation services, especially for older homes.

It is really beautiful and wonderful. They matched the stain on the windows to the woodwork, and it is just perfect. They forgot to put one window handle on. When I called them, they sent someone right over to fix it. Theya re very good guys with fair pricing. They also came right over to fix some paint that the electrician had nicked.
