PREFERRED KITCHENS

They did an excellent job and everything about them was great. They were on the spot and everything went very well. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

The bathroom we wanted to remodel was not very big. Getting contractors to return your calls, much less come out to look at the project is like pulling teeth unless you have a big money maker for them. Not with Preferred, they gave us the attention most would reserve for big clients. Every step of the process was a breeze with these people. Everything happened on schedule and problems were dealt with immediately. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

They were just fantastic.   The designer I worked with was named Barbara Bircher.  The carpenter, whose name eludes me, was just incredible. 

This company is one of the best service providers I have ever used. Mark was unbelievably thorough from the time he came to look at the project until the time it was finished. I tried to get bids from 3 other companies. Two of them came in did some quick measurements and gave me an "off the top of my head" estimate. The other came and spent a couple hours measuring, had me look at samples and then asked us to sign the contract that night. All of them wanted me to pay upfront for a blueprint before they would even bid it. Mark came in and did the measurements and came back in 2 weeks with the complete blueprint so we knew exactly what he thought would need to be done. We made a few adjustments for our needs then we were good to go. It was a major project for us but it was made easy by the contractors he works with. He has worked with the same companies for years. They all came and looked at the house to see what needed to be done then Mark set up a daily schedule and every one of them came the day and time they were scheduled for. I would highly recommend Preferred Kitchens and would have them do any future projects from remodel to additions.       

They are really good. We had them remodel our kitchen a long time ago and we were so impressed, we had them do our master bathroom. It took them about 8 weeks. They were thorough and they matched their estimate. It was an expensive project. They delivered and they were excellent. There were no surprises. They worked with my wife to accomplish what she wanted. If you are looking for a bargain, they are not the ones. If you are looking for absolute quality they are the ones. They are expensive. I would use them again. I am a very satisfied customer.

I am very happy with the results of the remodel.  John was very responsive and his team did a very good job on their respective parts of the project and their coordination during the project period. When I pointed out a small area of tile installation that was not satisfactory to me, John quickly addressed and corrected the situation.  At the end of the project, John provided a detailed accounting of what we had agreed during the initial meeting and copies of the receipts for the purchases under the allowances and the adds that I had made during the project.

We decided to do these upgrades all together. Preferred Kitchens helped us pick out the products involved. We chose the Cambria countertops from the display in their showroom and were able to borrow samples to aid us. They arranged the wallpaper/paint for one bathroom ahead of the install. They arranged the install timing perfectly for our convenience. The whole job was accomplished over parts of two back-to-back days. We were nervous how this project would work but it turned out just as we hoped. We would not have attempted to do this ourselves and are very glad we chose Preferred Kitchens to pull it together for us. Aside from being professional and competent they were very pleasant to work with.
