Once the tile setter began working on the floor, he discovered the floor was not level and the product did not work. Pratt immediately called us to their showroom to select another product. There was quite a price variance, that was obsorbed by Pratt. The painters did the work within the perscribed time. The carpet layers did the full house in one day. The Pratt subcontractors are polite, professional, fun, reliable, and trustworthy. The work was done in two phases, due to an ongoing siding/roofing project of our townhome association. Pratt accomodated our schedule to coordinate their work with the outside work being done. We will always recommend Pratt Remodeling.
