From beginning to end their customer service was great. This was a wonderful experience all around. I had no complaints at all, except that it took them six months to paint the outside of my house. I've never worked with anyone as customer service oriented as Pratt Homes. These homes are preset layouts and I had five options to choose from. In the option I chose, some of my furniture was too large and they expanded a couple of walls for me. I would use this company again and I have recommended them to my friends.
