We were very pleased with how Lance handled several problems: First, the tank top of the new toilet was cracked, so Lance contacted his supplier for a new one. Then we noticed that a leak had developed between the tank and the bowl. Lance contacted the manufacturer’s rep to make sure he had installed it correctly, and then insisted to the rep that a new toilet shouldn’t require shims to work properly. At that point, we decided to change models; the new one he installed works perfectly. Total price was $2550 and included removal and disposal of old water heater, toilet, and laundry sink. Lance and his associate took great care to make sure the work was done properly. They even laid down canvas to walk on and wore covers on their shoes, which we much appreciated.

Very Good. We've had contract plumbing by others over the years, and Polar Plumbing is the best of all of those. The only difficulty was securing products and scheduling, which Polar handled very well.

He did an excellent job and very responsive.

First of all, I was impressed that he asked some questions over the phone, before scheduling the appointment. He was trying to determine if there would be any issues that could adversely affect the outcome, like having to cut a hole in the wall to access the plumbing. I appreciated his checking on those things ahead of time. On site, all the work was done to our satisfaction, and he cleaned up the areas where he was working. A job done well!

He is extremely good and helpful. When I did a home project myself a few months ago and I made mistakes on it and it dropped a piece inside the wall and the place was cool. I couldn't get any parts and my piece was inside the wall I called them and I was able to go over and he gave me a piece.

It went great. Polar Plumbing went out of it's way to find the right pump, install it and assure the pump was working before they would send a bill. I could not be happier with the service and I they will be my first call the next time I need plumbing work.

They were good. It was one guy who would always come out. He did everything and cleaned up everything. I had no problems with them. They were really good. I've been pleased with them so I stayed with them.
