I looked at both new and used stainless steel refrigerators. Some had what I was looking for but said it would be over a week for the free delivery. Others, like ApplianceSmart, had delivery yet it was over $50 and would still take a few days. When I stopped in at Plaza TV they seemed to have better prices the ApllianceSmart plus you could tell they were family owned by their service. When I told the sales lady my situation she not only found a delivery date within 48 hours but she also knocked off $50 off the price when I asked if the sticker price was firm. Delivery was free and they have a service where they take your old refrigerator for $5. The delivery guys were rather prompt and very thorough. Later I was in Lowes and saw the exact same refrigerator that I paid $1450 being sold for over $1700. It was such a great feeling to know I not only got fast service but a very fair price!

Great price and knowledgeable sales person.

My 25 year old refrigerator finally failed beyond repair, so after some research I choose the least expensive 18 cubic foot model that Frigidaire offered. Most local dealers with their own delivery crew didn't have that model, preferring instead to offer the next model up with its higher price, but I didn't need the features of that model. Some of the big box stores had the less expensive model on their websites, but couldn't deliver it for at least three weeks, which was too long. Plaza had the model I wanted with a good price that included delivery, removal of the old refrigerator, and an extra year added to the manufacturer's warranty. A delivery date was scheduled for the Friday two days after the date of purchase, but on Thursday they called to change the delivery date to the following Tuesday, which I didn't mind. The morning on the day of delivery I checked the dimensions of the refrigerator against the door opening and realized some door hardware on the storm door would have to be removed to get the refrigerator in the house, so I took care of that before they arrived. The refrigerator was delivered that afternoon by two men who were pleasant and efficient in their work. They removed the old refrigerator, brought in the new one, installed the doors, and set it to tilt back a little so the doors would close by themselves. A few days later I decided I preferred it to be on its wheels rather than on the tilt supports and made that change myself. They removed packing material from the new refrigerator, but inside the refrigerator were several components, such as drawers and shelves, that had tape attached to them to keep them from moving and getting damaged, and I removed that tape myself after the delivery crew left.

It went well. They came in and took the old washer out and installed the new one. They made sure the new one was up and working before leaving my house. They were very clean, leaving no mess behind. They were very knowledgeable in their field and worked in a timely manner.

Delivery time was as promised; removal of old machines and set up of new ones were professional and efficient. They did not leave any boxes, packing material etc for us to deal with. They were careful not to damage any doors ( took one door frame off to make sure).
