Our go-to plumber referred us to Nate when he was too busy to install a pedestal sink before a large party at our home. Nate was able to work us in despite the tight deadline and all was well until the drain began to leak over a year later. I called Nate and explained what was happening and he came later that evening to repair it.  He was so friendly despite the fact that I was 10 minutes late meeting him at my home.  He made things right even though the cause of the problem was most likely cheaply-made plastic parts from the sink manufacturer.  I was so impressed by his kindness and commitment to the integrity of his work, I referred my dad to him later that day!  I'll definitely be using Pitch Perfect Plumbing for our upcoming projects.

The second part: I called Nate back and he returned my call within an hour, or so. I let him know that the faucet had broken. He asked if there was any immediate trouble that required his attention, and I said no, but we needed our kitchen back in service as soon as possible. He recommended that we consider another more appropriate design for our needs and replace the broken faucet. He emailed me a link to use for choosing another faucet. We chose another with a list price of $217 and contacted him with the model number. He said that although there was a local distribution center, it was possible that the faucet may have to be shipped in which may add a day of delay. On the other hand, he sold the faucet to us for $190.
The model that we chose did need to be shipped in, so Nate set up the install for the following day, assuming that the piece would be there tomorrow. The shipment was on time and Nate came out to install. The job was completed in about 35 minutes. I was not looking forward to paying out another $175 for the second installation, but figured that the difficulties were not of the plumber's doing so that was what was coming. To my delight, Nate said that we only need pay for the faucet. He told me that he had a hard time asking for installation twice within a week. He felt that the value of our future business was more valuable than making a killing today.

Nate is fantastic. He gets it. It's not just about fixing an issue. It's about customer service. We asked Nate to fix a few known issues for a property we are preparing to rent. I also asked Nate to do a general check of all the plumbing in the hopes of preventing any issues in the future.
Nate arrived on time and fixed every issue I asked him to. He installed shut-off valves for the washer and dryer, loosened the valves on the utility sink, replaced the shower valves and a few other miscellaneous items. Nate also noticed that one of the toilets was wobbly and repaired that as well!
It's great when you have a service professional you can rely on to do things with integrity and at a fair price. I do not hesitate to recommend Pitch Perfect Plumbing.

We just completed a 225 sq ft master bathroom renovation with extensive plumbing work.
Pitch Perfect Plumbing was selected because we had a higher level of confidence that the master plumber and owner, Nate, could work with some of the unique plumbing work that we were having done, which included utilizing the Kohler Digital Valve control
Unit, Media server and Steam Generator. We knew that not too many plumbers around had experience in setting up this type of system, and Nate did not as well, but he did a lot of research and now the complete installation works very well. We had no issues at all.
Nate installed the plumbing for two new vessel sinks with wall mounted faucets. In the shower he installed 3 kohler watertile showerheads plus 8 watertile body jets and a hand shower. In addition, Nate installed a wall mounted waterfall filler for the freestanding tub. The toilet was moved approximately 12 feet from the original location and this required that the ceiling below be lowered to accommodate all of the plumbing and drain connections. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism of Nate and he worked well with our other contractors, which was important as we did the general contracting ourselves. Based on the experience we had in working with Nate at Pitch Perfect Plumbing, we certainly recommend them for plumbing work.

I called Nate towards the end of the day after I had unsuccessfully attempted to install a water line for a refrigerator ice maker. He gave me an approximate price over the phone, and said he would be over after stopping by the store for supplies. Nate arrived within the hour, and promptly went to work. He was very professional and thorough. I felt his price was very fair. I would not hesitate to call Nate again.

Our experience with him has been excellent. We got him off of Angie's List, and we will continue to use this company in the future and would like to give A+ for him.

I spent $350 on that work. They came really quickly, within a day or two. They did a good job. There was one minor issue with one of the jobs he did but he gave me a discount, so that was good.

Nathan from Pitch Perfect came out very last minute in an emergency situation where the house basement was flooding and we could not figure out what it was. After some very detailed research, he found out that it was actually the outside front faucet of the house. He fixed it that day and stopped the leak. Not only did he have a sense of urgency in arriving on time, but he also has great customer service in finding out the root problem of the leak and communicating with the insurance company and mitigation people in order to get the problem solved. He was very fast and detailed in getting the pipe fixed and his price was incredibly reasonable. I'm always leery of hiring plumbers. But Nathan's prices are fare and good. If you want a high level of integrity and a job done right, call Pitch Perfect. they will take care of you.
