Phone Repair
1. Repair was not completed on pickup date. 2. Went out of town for a week; on return, phone still not ready. Told to pick up on next day. 3. Picked up phone, was told "I couldn't get it to work". 4. Threw away an expensive ($120) phone, based on recommendation by "Max". 5. 30 days later w/a new ONE-line phone, discovered the problem was outside the house, according to Qwest customer service. 6. The problem was not in the phone at all, so I discarded a perfectly good phone for NOTHING!
