Mark is very professional and gets right to the point. He lets you know if you can or can not qualify and which loan product would suit you best. His other office staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were selling and buying a home. Went through the process two times, because the first buyers financing fell through. I wasn't worried about that on our end. Mark was very thorough getting all the documentation he needed and advising us on what we could and couldn't do, so as not to jeopardize us from receiving financing. He found the best fit for a loan product that minimized our out of pocket expenses at closing. We were upside down on the house we were selling and appreciate the way Mark worked with us. He was awesome.

They seemed honest and up-front. I can't say that I did a lot of shopping around. I just wanted to make sure the house closed without problems. This company had never failed to quote a house once they had gone through their paperwork. They helped me out. I could have gone anywhere. They gave me a focus on mortgage that I could not turn down.
