We think the level of service is worth every penny, and highly recommend them. Pros: They use smaller trucks that aren't as tough on our roads and aren't as loud as some of the giant garbage trucks, Level of service is very high- usually they will accommodate just about any request or overflowing trash bin, they are prompt and when I have needed help (ie. pregnant or hauling a toddler) they will either come up our driveway to pick up bins right in front of the garage doors or I've actually had them wait for me or help me get things down the driveway. They also do recycling pick up in our community and the same accolades work with this service as well although they do expect you to sort recyclables, which I am unused to coming from places where everything went into one large bin.

They do a good job. Normal trash removal and if there are big items they will do that as well with prior notice.
