They were very easy to work with. They gave us a time window for them to come. They came a little bit later than they said that they would. I think that they were a little bit high priced considering that it only took them about ten minutes to fix the problem, but they did a good job.

Gave me something to prevent the sink from clogging again. Regarding the faucet, gave me advice on how to fix it over the phone - didn't want me to waste money on a service call. They are very pleasant and easy to work with and reasonable.

He was very professional at all times. He answered all my questions when he came out for the estimate. He was very flexible on the dates to do the work. He came on time, did the work and cleaned up. It went great. His helper was also very professional. I was very pleased.

Original estimate was for 4-6 hrs of work. Actual was 7.5 hrs. due to difficulty getting to pipes in basement (had to cut hole in basement ceiling to access). Extra time also needed to remove lead waste water pipe (had to burn off to remove from stack which created a lot of smoke in basement and set off main floor smoke detector). Some damage to tub surface when installing drain. Rate is $98/hr. Tom was 1/2 hr late, but polite, and worked without a break. Would hire again for smaller jobs.

I called on Wednesday. They were out on Thursday and had the job done in less than half an hour.

PROMPT, MADE SURE IT WAS WORKING WELL BEFORE HE LEFT.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, REPLACING THE WATER HEATER WHILE I WAS AT WORK!

HE FOUND TOILET PROBLEM DUE TO LOW FLOW DESIGN. HE DID NOT WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY TRYING TO FIX IT, BUT WENT RIGHT TO WORK ON THE SHOWER AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN VERY SHORT TIME. GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN UP, FAST, EFFICIENT, POLITE, HONEST ABOUT THE PROBLEM, AND DIDN'T WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

THEY WERE HERE FOR 45 MINUTES. COST SEEMS VERY HIGH. OVERALL SERVICE WAS GOOD THOUGH

I HAD NO PROBLEMS.. HE SEEMED TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN! IM SATISFIED. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

LARRY GRINDLAND WAS A VERY EXPERIENCED PLUMBER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK. I FELT HE NEEDED HELP IN CLEANING UP. HE LEFT MY BASEMENT VERY MESSY.

WORKMAN THAT CAME WAS OUTSTANDING IN EXPLAINING AND BEING HELPFUL , GAVE EVALUATION ON OTHER PLUMING QUESTIONS. WAS VERY HAPPY TO DO SO.

VERY PROMPT TO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND COMES EXACTLY WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL. TRUSTWORTHY AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH JOBS #2 OR #3. HOWEVER, AM EXPERIENCING A LEAK IN THE NEW COPPER PIPES (JOB #1) AND HE SAID TO JUST MONITOR THE SITUATION. A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING.

LARRY WAS FAST, PLEASANT TO HAVE AROUND, AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, A VERY GOOD PROBLEM SOLVER. HE DID SOME OTHER DIFFICULT PLUMBING JOBS FOR ME, TOO.

HE LEFT A GAS LEAK AND WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MORE CAREFULLY BEFORE HE LEFT BECAUSE THERE WAS A GAS SMELL BUT HE SAID IT WOULD GO AWAY.

VERY QUICK, BUSINESS LIKE & EFFICIENT. WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF FURTHER PLUMBING WORK IS NEEDED!
