Took awhile to get a response. Had to send the serial# etc via photo and then did not receive a response for timing and quote. I had to call to find out where we were at. Still did not get a quote. Surprised by the $99 initial visit cost and final cost.

I made an appointment to repair the soap dispenser in our Bosch dishwasher; I gave Perry?s the numbers on the dishwasher so the repairman would have the right part when he arrived.  The repairman arrived earlier than scheduled, on the day he was scheduled, and he went right to work.  It didn't take very long to replace the soap dispenser, and my dishwasher is once again working very well.  From beginning to end the experience was excellent.

Pretty well. They guy came, he came at the time he said he would and called 30 minutes ahead of time. He fixed everything in about 15 minutes which is what they quoted me. He was very professional, came in did the work and was done.

Asked if appliance was located on exterior wall, when I indicated it was, suggested heating dishwasher water intake hose since frozen pipes are a common problem when the outdoor temps are below zero. This resolved the issue with the dishwasher! Will definitely call Perry's next time!

nosis and repair of a combo microwave We had purchased a Bosch microwave and it was out of warranty. It
stopped working. I called Bosch because I was not happy. The microwave
was expensive (due to size and it was a combo microwave and
convection oven). Perry's Appliance Service was an authorized shop.
They came out and diagnosed the problem. It was a bad switch. Perry's
did a temporary fix so we could use the oven while a part was ordered.
Bosch did agree to pay for the part.
Perry's then came out and put in the new part. The phone scheduler and the repair person were both very friendly and helpful.

Washer would stop with series of tones but no diagnostic lights lit, though I quickly copied the lights that were last lit . My first call was to the Fisher and Paykel. She could not find the error code that I described, but gave me 3 local repair companies to call. When I called Perry's, she was able to find the code and described what was likely wrong and the probable costs. I had researched the code on the web and had already determined that it was a diverter valve error, which matched what she found. When the tech came out, he determined that the motor control board was not sending power to the diverter valve, so instead of recirculating the wash water, it was sending it down the drain, causing the error. He found a board in his truck and installed it. The initial tests now showed that the machine would not release the diverter valve and allow the tub to drain. Rather than take a longer (and more costly) time to run through the full cycle to see if the tub would finally drain, he suggested that I let the machine run through a full cycle and call the office if it didn't drain and they would order a new control board. He would leave the old board that we knew would drain and made sure that I was comfortable swapping it for the new board if the tub didn't drain. When the cycle finished, the tub did not drain and I called to have them order the new board and proceded to swap the board back to the original. A few days later, the board was in and an appointment was made to install it. The new board worked perfectly. There was no additional charge. I am fairly knowledgeable and am impressed at how honest they were and how much they cared that I have a positive experience.

They are one of the few places that can service LG. That's why I went with them. They did a fine job, they fixed it. The only reason we hired them was because they were the only place we could find that could service LG plan and they had no problems fixing it.

The diagnostic was unnecessary; I had done this prior to calling. After the initial frustration of having to pay for what I had already done, waiting for the part to be ordered and received and almost a month before our schedules worked out, the service was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. Alison was able to install the new pump well under the estimated time therefore saving me cost of repairs. She explained the diagnostic programs on the dishwasher and tested the operation to assure proper functioning of the new pump.

ON TIME AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS NEEDED AND STATED RIGHT AWAY THAT MOTORS TAKE TIME TO ORDER (I.E. DID NOT OVER PROMISE). I AM A TOUGH GRADER BUT THEY DID AND THEY HAVE DONE WHAT THEY HAVE PROMISED. TO EARN A "A", THEY NEEDED TO HAVE HAD THE PART IN STOCK (MOST DO NOT CARRY IT) AND BEEN MORE FLEXIBLE.

I HAVE USED PERRY'S CENTRAL SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR APPLIANCES AND EACH TIME THEY RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY, PARTIALLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM ON THE PHONE SO THEY CAN BRING THE CORRECT PARTS WITH THEM, MAKE A CONVENIENT APPOINTMENT, SHOW UP ON TIME AND FIX THE PROBLEM. I'VE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR SERVICE.

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED TO LEARN THEIR FIRST AVAILABLE REPAIR DATE WAS ALMOST TWO WEEKS OUT FROM MY FIRST CALL, BUT CAN SAY AFTER THE REPAIR THAT THEY WERE WORTH WAITING FOR. THEIR DISPATCHER CALLED DURING THE NOON TO 4PM WINDOW THEY PROVIDED TO LET ME KNOW DAVE WAS ENROUTE. DAVE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND REPLACED THE WATER VALVE (FROM STOCK ON THE TRUCK), TESTED FOR LEAKS, AND TO MAKE SURE THE UNIT WAS CYCLING PROPERLY. EXCELLENT AT CLEAN UP AND VERY SKILLED, DAVE DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND PERRY'S FOR FUTURE SERVICE.
