The whole process took a bit longer than expected, but he had a great deal of trouble re-connecting with my internet provider because I use dial-up. After the computer was re-installed in my home, it crashed twice and he was very diligent and conscientious about finding the problem and did not charge for any of that subsequent work, including an additional trip to my house because he wanted to make sure everything was working properly.
