Jim was great to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. It was my first time dealing with insurance and Jim was patient and took time to make sure I felt comfortable. His hard work took the stress off my shoulders! I would recommend Pahl Exteriors and would choose them again myself.

I am so pleased with the work done. Unfortunately, we had so much water damage because of aging shingles that was unforeseen because it was under the old shingles. I was stressed when I saw the damaged until Jim and his crew eased my mind. These guys ended up replacing 40% of my roof's boards before doing the shingles. I have such peace of mind this winter. If you're looking for a company that cares about protecting your home and wallet then these are your guys! I also was so impressed with the time that the owner took to literally walk the roof with our insurance adjuster and went head to head with the guy to assure we were getting the coverage we needed. Seriously, stop looking elsewhere and give these guys a call! P.S. To add piece of mind I was pleased to know that my own insurance agent personally used this company to not only roof her home but her cabin as well! You will not be disappointed!

Jim did a great job. He worked with our insurance adjuster and took a lot of the effort out of our hands. We were the first in our neighborhood to get a new roof after the storm. They did a perfect job and would definitely hire again!

The entire process was great. I am a first time home owner and Jim was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the job. Roof looks fantastic, and it was done quick and skillfully. I will definitely be referring these guys out to anyone I know who needs work done!

Jim is excellent to work with. We had severe water damage from ice dams last winter. Jim met with our insurance company adjusters, and made sure what needed repair got repaired. His crew was wonderful and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Our room turned out amazing.

First & foremost, the work was performed on time and budget. Jim made frequent inspections during the process and commmunicated their progress. The interior & exterior work turned out beautifully.
There was wallpaper throughout the first floor, which required removal prior to painting. I was extremely pleased with the result, as they filled & repaired any and all defects in the wall surface prior to painting. Excellent masking work beforehand prevented any mess. Did a very good job cleaning up.
The exterior trim & siding is cedar, which was carefully pressure-washed and prepped for paint. Did a very good job cleaning up.
