Everything went quickly as expected and was expertly as usual. New drive, laser wiring, chain was repaired, greased and new door bottom.

They were very prompt.  They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very fair.  Their was no charge for the estimate.  I thought the price was good for the replacement.  I have not decided to repair this yet.

They did a very good job, they came a couple of hours after I spoke with them.

My garage opener was too sensitive and was malfunctioning. The garage door would not close. They reset the sensor and removed some ice from the floor. They also lubricated the door.

For 25 years, Overhead Door in Eagan has serviced all my garage door repair needs. When it was time to do a complete replacement, they were the first call I made. From Kent the salesman, to Al and Bruce the consultant/installers, to Mike back at the shop, Overhead Door provided quality products at a competitive price, with customer service to match. All of this adds up to a terrific buying and installing experience.

Bruce was on time and very professional. He showed me how to reprogram my garage door opener, additional remotes, and the remote opener in my car as well as performed these services. He also checked all my cables and springs and replaced and adjusted everything to make my garage door open and close perfectly. He was very thorough and helpful. Could not have asked for better service.

J.T. (service tech) was great. Took a mess (door spring and pulleys needed to be fixed; door was completely inoperable; couldn't even disengage to open manually) and fixed in about 45 minutes. Tech called and arrived within the time window discussed; same day -- which was critical. Reasonable price. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend company and the technician.

Installation went well. Installer was a little late showing up but the job was completed on time. There was a problem with the wall mounted control switch, but they came out right away and changed the unit out. Job site was left clean and tidy. The only minor thing I wished they had done was clean the white weather stripping before they left. The installer's hands left some dirt marks that only took me a few minutes to clean up, but if they had done it beofre they left it would have been a perfect job from my perspective.

The sales rep Chris was professional and thorough. The installer was the same. One of the doors orignially came in the wrong size. Chris contacted us prior to install to let us know the correct size was on order and would be installed when it arrived. Both doors were installed within one week. We have had these doors for 7 months are very happy with the doors and the service provided.

Great. Showed up on time, was very pleasant and explained all items well.

Unfortunately now half the electricity in the garage as well as the adjacent laundry room do not work, it worked prior to the service call. All breakers and GFI outlets have been reset to no avail. The installer gave no explanation to my wife who was at home for the service call. Now I need to hire an electrician at additional expense to correct whatever the installer goofed up. I have not at this time contacted the company but intend to do so.

They were very good. I was happy with them.

The arm of the garage door opener had become partially detached from the door because of an improper installation by the previous occupant of my house. I contacted Overhead Door and they offered to come over that same day, but I requested an appointment for the next morning. The repairman arrived about ten minutes before the agreed time and corrected the problem by bolting two new metal brackets to the door and properly attaching the garage door opener. The work was done in about an hour. The door works much better than before the opener even started to detach. It sounds much better, too.

I contacted the company by phone and described the problem. I was given a quote over the phone for the work. The price quote and timeliness of being able to do the work seemed reasonable. We made arrangements so the company could have access to our garage to do the job since both my wife and I would be at work during the day. The repairs were completed the day they said and everything was cleaned up before they left. They also serviced our garage door so that it would function optimally (greased piviting joints, etc.) and also replaced a burned out light bulb in our automatic garage door opener - things we had not necessarily expected but appreciated - at no addition charge. (It's possible that servicing the door might be normal for this kind of work - but it was not something we had discussed.) We were given a life-time warrantee for the parts they replaced. We were satisfied and would call them again.

They came out on a weekend or holiday and they still managed to come out and do the work. Work was fine, I do not have any complaints.

I received their name from Angie's List. I called and they were there the next day. They were very good.

The technician was very kowledgable about his job and recommended that I replace the other torsion spring as long as I was doing the broken one to prevent a subsequent service call if the other would break. Apparently when one breaks the other probably could as well soon after. He also suggested that I replace the cable. It was a good call as it turned out to be frayed. Additionally, at my request, he advised me about door replacement, and I will have that done at a subsequent date. The only issue I had was with a lubricant that he used during the job. It was one on which the company has their logo and it was neither included in the estimate nor mentioned by the technician until after the job was complete. When queried about it, he said it was one that they recommend because of its quality. It was $12.50 and mine to keep. When I told him that I typically use WD-40 or some other lubricant, he said that was fine as well. I have no problems with the lubricant but should have have been informed ahead of time.

It went fine. I submitted a request for info via the company's website. Someone responded within 1 day. I asked additional questions via email and received responses within 1 day. I also spoke with someone on the phone (I called them) to obtain additional specifics. The replacement was scheduled for about 5 days later and all went well. We now have a new garage door.

The diagnosis and service were performed quickly, professionally, and were reasonably priced.

We were very happy with them. Their service people were professional and prompt. They got out here in relatively short notice. From what we could tell their prices were in line with what everyone else was charging. We had a follow up question, so we called them and they were very responsive to that too.

Overall it was very good. He was informative about the use of the key pad and how to avoid problems with it. He was efficient and professional. I would recommend him to others. I think his pricing was probably average.
