I purchased a garage door tuneup through one of the Angie's List Big Deals. Setting up the appointment was easy and taken care of via email. I received a voice mail reminder the day before the appointment asking me to confirm that the day/time still worked for me. They arrived promptly at the time they said they would and did the garage door tuneup. There were some rollers that needed to be replaced, so they took care of that as well at a reasonable cost. They spent about 30 minutes in all taking care of the tuneup and other services. Very professional and courteous. Would hire them again.

I left voicemail for the company about 9:30 pm, and had a serviceman at my door at 8:30 the next morning. He quickly assessed what had happened, did the necessary replacement of parts and lubed the door. My B grade on price is for the steep service call cost -- $110. Overhead has consistently provided good and speedy service on this very old garage door.
