We were impressed with the no nonsense approach and appreciated the straight price without a new sale price each week. Our salesperson let us try out each bed as long as we liked and answered each question without any hard sell.

We purchased the mattress and within 3 months the mattress was sagging and we were having back pain as a result. We contacted the sales rep and after 2 months of run-around he finally put us in touch with customer service. They were no use, it took another month to get someone out to look at the bed, and then we were told it wasn't "bad enough" to qualify for the warranty (difference of 1/8 of an inch). Apparently we needed to suffer longer, in order to have warranty coverage. Basically OMF refused to stand behind their product, an exchange would only be available at additional cost to us (pay more to get a lesser quality bed, no thanks). We disputed this for 6+ months before we finally gave up and donated the bed to charity. We will never buy another product from OMF. Apparently they just don't care about having quality products, or standing behind the items that they sell. They sure aren't interested in having satisfied customers.

Very well. I called first and was told that it was easy to get custom sizes. (There are limits based on the size of individual rows of springs.) When I went in, I was shown what different kinds of sets that they had and how to order the custom size. After we ordered, it was done in only a few days. It was delivered and set-up by the delivery people. It fit perfectly. (It does help if you measure twice so you only cut once. If you give them the measurements, then you need to be sure that you've got it right.) The sales people were knowledgeable and friendly.

They were easy to deal with, they don't push, and they help me make a decision on what I want. They have three basic models and they don't push to make a sale. They used terms that were easy to understand. They even came back a second time to pick up the old set because my kids were the only one's here when it came and didn't know they were to take it at the time they delivered it.

The salesperson was very responsive without being pushy. He said they had split box springs for queen-size mattresses. He took me back in the factory area, and showed me the actual box spring so that I could measure the depth. They were able to deliver within a couple of days. I originally paid to have my existing box spring taken away, but I decided to give it away instead. When they delivered the box spring and saw that I didn't have one to take away, the delivery guy promised to have the fee refunded, which it was. It was only a small amount ($5), but the attention to the detail made a positive impression on me.

WENT TO THE FACTORY TO PICK OUT A MATTRESS. THE ORIGINAL SALEMAN WHO HELPED US WORKED TO FIND US THE RIGHT ONE FOR OUR NEEDS AND TOLD US THAT WHEN WE CAME BACK WITH OUR TRUCK THERE WOULD BE PLENTY OF MATTRESSES IN STOCK TO PICK UP. WE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY NEAR THE END OF THE DAY AND OUR SALESMAN WAS NOT THERE, BUT WORSE THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON THE ONE WE WANTED. WHILE A NEW SALESMAN TRIED TO FIND US A MATTRESS, ANOTHER SALESMAN BEGAN ASKING US QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MATTRESS WE HAD CHOSEN (FIRM). AFTER DIAGNOSING OUR NEEDS HE TOLD US HE THOUGHT WE HAD BEEN SOLD ON THE WRONG MATTRESS. HE THEN SHOWED US A MATTRESS THAT THE ORIGINAL SALESMAN HAD NEGLECTED TO SHOW US AND IT WAS PERFECT. WE WERE SO GLAD THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK ON THE OTHER MATTRESS THAT WE HAD TIME TO TALK TO THE NEW SALESMAN. THE BED BROKE IN BEAUTIFULLY AND WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE MET SALESMAN #2. GOOD AND BAD FROM THIS COMPANY, BUT AFTER ALL WE ARE HAPPY WE WENT THERE FOR OUR MATTRESS.
