We called Ben up and he came over immediately and gave us an estimate. Ben lives very close to us. The estimate had to be OK'd by the insurance company, and it was. Ben sent us some designs for the new garage and they were very professional and easy to read. We were told that the garage would be completed in roughly 1 month. It was completed in 1 month and 3 days! Ben had to work with the three other companies and coordinate when each job had to be done. Ben worked extremely hard and is quite the perfectionist! Ben worked by himself for most of the construction and spent about 6 hours per day building. Ben also put the siding on the garage and a motion detector light. Ben put in two opening windows and a metal door with two locks. Ben gave me choices on the kind of metal I wanted for the knob and locks. Ben was also able to match the siding on the garage to that of our house.
Ben is easy to work with and cleaned the workspace at the end of the day.
Ben will be doing more work for us on our front porch in the coming months.
