Printing - Copies
This was a crazy experience. The clerk just couldn't figure out that the pages were two sided and that they were numbered 1-4. He repeatedly copied the wrong side with the wrong page. Even when I paper clipped them together... he messed it up. What was going to be a 20-30 minute job ended up taking over 45 minutes. Since this particular experience, I have just done the copying myself on their self-service machines. It's slightly cheaper and a heck of a lot faster.
