 + -1 moreI've had good experiences with them. They served airline employees and now they service anybody in queen city. I moved her three years ago and I established with them. They have very friendly tellers and I've always gotten good service through them. They pay interest on both checking and savings. Checking is free and I don't have to pay a monthly fee. They also have what they call signature rewards where I have a debit card and I use it for everyday purchases and I get money back based on those purchases which is a great deal. They seem reasonable.
Description of Work: I use NWA Federal Credit Union for banking. I established with them three years ago.

 + -1 moreMEMBERSHIP IS LIMITED TO CURRENT AND FORMER NORTHWEST AIRLINES EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS OF THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, AND EMPLOYEES OF CERTAIN ASSOCIATED AIRLINES.
Description of Work: GOT MY HOME MORTGAGE THROUGH THEM. NO HASSLES, DID IT MY WAY. VERY COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. I DON'T THINK TOO MANY PEOPLE KNOW CREDIT UNIONS CAN WRITE MORTGAGES.
