Dave taught me about the Thule bike carrier when I was researching. I went back 2 days later after shopping around because of his personal experience with me. After the purchase I boldly asked him to help install it and he graciously did. Then when I returned 2 days later asking for help with loading 3 bikes, he spent time with me again.
