Ed did an excellent job. He did the work on time and as planned. He uses a carpenter, Mark, for the sheetrock and structure modifications. Ed and Mark are personable and skilled. I would use them again for this type of work.

Ed accommodated our tight time schedule and came out to our home on a Friday evening to scope out the job. He prepared a bid for us the next day which included a "not to exceed" quote of $2600. The day before the project was scheduled Ed brought an electrician, Scott, to review the project and our expectations. Scott arrived at 7:00 am the next day and quickly began pulling wire. Scott was an exceptionally well-mannered young man with great people skills (also a super fine electrician). Because Scott can do a lot in a short time our project took many fewer hours than originally bid. He even helped us figure out the best way to pull wire for our surround system and lent us his tools over night so we could complete the install. We truly enjoyed our experience with Scott and North Suburban and would highly recommend them.
