NONE OF THE ISSUES THEY RAISE COUNTER THE FACT THAT THE INSTALLER IMPROPERLY INSTALLED THE FLOOR, AND FAILED TO PERFORM HIS PROFESSIONAL DUTY OF NOTIFYING MEMBER ABOUT ARISING ISSUES.
