Doug, the owner, was very open in communications and expectations. We have done a significant amount of prior re-model work before Norcon. We were used to "floating schedules and timing". For example, something should be here on Tuesday, one should ask "which Tuesday". Doug (Norcon) was very prompt with timing and schedule. If there was a variance that was outside of his control, he let us know promptly. If he was expected to be onsite at a certain time, he was typically early. I have already recommended Norcon to several neighbors without hesitations. Norcon may not be the cheapest option, but I would rather pay a little more for the confidence in the result and the quality of the work.
