HE PROMPTLY REPLIED TO MY PHONE MESSAGE, OFFERING TO DELIVER THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I MENTIONED THAT I WAS GETTING QUOTES FROM OTHER FIREWOOD PROVIDERS, HE HUNG UP AFTER SAYING I SHOULD BUY ELSEWHERE. I WOULD EXPECT BUSINESS OWNERS TO UNDERSTAND THAT A CONSUMER IS LIKELY TO GET MORE THAN ONE QUOTE BEFORE DECIDING ON WHO TO GO WITH FOR A PRODUCT OR SERVICE.

I HAVE ORDERED FIREWOOD THROUGH JOE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. EVERYTIME HE IS PROMPT, EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND VERY APPRECIATIVE OF THE BUSINESS. I JUST ORDERED ANOTHER LOAD YESTERDAY AND IT WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.

DELIVERED DIRTY, ROTTON FIREWOOD THAT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO BURN. WHEN WE CALLED TO HAVE IT PICKED UP, HE REFUSED, CLAIMING THE WOOD WAS FINE AND IT WAS OURS.
