Don’t use this company. Rate increases. Not helpful. Auto renew 2 year contracts. All BS.

Nitti has been my collection service for about 3 years. The crew does good work, no complaints. Problem I have is with the staff. I had a credit card that was changed 3 - 5 months ago, I went out and I changed the number on all of the accounts I could remember to ensure continued support of their services. This past week I went out to collection garbage cans and noticed my garbage hadn't been collected. I called the office and was told they tried calling ,me and there was no answer (I did change phone numbers) so they put my account on hold until I settled my bill. Seriously??? They have my address, they could have just sent a bill or e-mailed me letting me know that the services were going to be discontinued. They had let the bill pile up 4 or 5 months! In the mean time no bill was sent. Also what is annoying is they never send out a bill showing payments, etc... Very poor account management!

We have signed a 3 year contract for garbage/recycling and are very happy with the service so far (we are just starting our 2nd year of the 3 year contract).

After more than a year and a half with Nitti Sanitation, we called to cancel services because no one else on our cul de sac uses this vendor and we simply wanted to eliminate the extra trucks from our immediate neighborhood. We were informed that we have a 3 year (!?) contract with them and will be charged $100 to cancel services prior to May 2016. They were not willing to credit the partial month of February ($17.96) toward the cancellation fee. This was disappointing, as was finding out we have an enormously long contract that we were unaware of and would never have knowingly signed up for. For this, we give the vendor a B which feels generous.
We selected another vendor at approx the same annual cost with no contract and no cancellation fees.
