The work went very well. Jesse came by to look at what I wanted and had good ideas on how to install the outlets and where to place everything. The work went as planned and I'm very happy with the result. What I was not happy with was the bill. It was originally $930. There was s $366 charge for parts, which I understand there's going to be a profit margin for. In addition there was a $533 charge for 5 and a half hours of work. Jesse was here for about two hours. When I called the company, they explained that I was charged from the time the electrician first got to the store to pick up the parts he needed until he finished up pulling the permit. The clock ran the entire time including travel time. In addition, I was charged an hour time for when he first showed up to give me an estimate. The reason, I was told, was because he was thinking about what he would have to do for the job. They did knock this hour off of the final cost.

First phone contact with company was excellent. In addition to scheduling the electrician, the woman told me: the name of the electrician who would be coming, what he would be wearing, and what the company trucks look like. The electrician, Mark, arrived on time and got right to work. He was professional in every respect. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

Showed up on time, got right to work, cleaned up after himself and did the job very quickly. I will call them for future work as needed.

The company was great about scheduling the appointment and giving me a flat rate price over the phone. Andy showed up exactly at the scheduled time of 7 am and was very professional and courteous. He was creative in finding the best power source to hardwire the alarm. Pending inspection, it appears that the alarm was installed perfectly. The big bummer is that Andy knocked a chunk of plaster off of the wall right near the alarm while he was doing his work. It was fine before and now I have to hire somebody to come in and patch and paint the area. This is frustrating especially since I am (1) in the midst of showing the house to potential buyers, (2) completely strapped for cash, and (3) am too booked up and unskilled to do the work myself. The grades would have been A's across the board if they would have made sure the repair the damage that was done as part of the job. I am bummed to have to give low grades but given my new troubles, I see no other option.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and able to fit me in on short notice. The electrician came right on time, worked quickly, and was personable. I'd use them again.

Mark Phillips did a very good job. I will definitely use this company for future wiring projects.

I am so glad I belong to Angie's List. I found a great electrician. Chris was really a great guy. Very professional, very friendly. He went above and beyond his expected duties. He tracked down the problem of my kitchen light from the previous installer and corrected the problem. He checked out the fuse box and corrected problems in there as well. I thought as long as I had him there, I would have him look at our bathroom fan that had been making noise. Chris got the ladder and climbed up there and took the fan down and decided it was dirt that was making the fan overwork and make noise. He cleaned up all the dirt while I cleaned out the fan grill. I didn't expect him to clean our dirt. My husband is disabled and a lot of the chores fall to me now to do and I'm falling behind. It's nice to know that there are still great guys out there that do a great job. I've very happy with this company and will use them again and will not have a problem referring people to them.

Scheduling was easy and excellent work.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND TOOK LESS TIME THAN I ESTIMATED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

Planning to install a dishwasher in kitchen that has never had one. Installer recommended by appliance store recommended Andersen Electric. Called to make appointment; scheduled at time that was convenient for me. Jesse called en route; prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition to adding new circuit for dishwasher, he was able to re-do wiring to an additional kitchen outlet that had been overloading the main floor circuits.

The work went quickly and took 6 hours, including half an hour to get some parts and time to write up the bill. Wade does careful, quality work, including a neat job of cutting openings in the old counter back splash that could crack easily. The total cost was less than his estimate of $1050 and included a few small tasks not included in the estimate. He had allowed time for problems that he did not encounter. Cost includes permit fees. He was 40 minutes late arriving but called shortly after the hour to say he was running late. He cleaned up most areas. Professional, friendly, and willing to explain as he works.

Chris & his company were wonderful to work with. They were third company to give a bid on this electrical/lighting work, and he was the only guy to suggest that we might want an outlet in the new built-in cabinets to plug in the TV that we planned to put in the cabinet. (How the other guys missed this I will never know). He had great ideas on how to work things and even made suggestions on the style of pendant lights to get for over the island. (the ones I was originally looking at were very fussy/hard to clean--not great for over a cooktop on the island). We had a great overall experience & will hire them again & recommend them to you.

Everything went well. It was not an easy job, but Wade figured it all out. He got the problem fixed, and recommended some future work to get the electric fully up to code.

Electrician was most effective. Helped trace circuitry, assessed our needs, then bought supplies and did work in an efficient manner.

He was a very knowledgable electrician. He was neat, and professional and called prior to arrival.

Half of the overhead lights on the main floors of the house were out but sometimes flickered on. All the breakers we in the ''on'' position. Chris found the problem and fixed it in about 35 minutes. He was punctual, polite, and thorough.

Very nice, very personable and walked through my list to understand all of the work that I wanted done. Were a few minutes late to the appointment for the bid, but I'd only called the day before to make it, so they may have squeezed me in where they didn't really have room. Their bid came in over $1,000 higher than another VERY highly rated company on the list. Therefore, I decided not to go with them for the project.

The job went very quickly. He was quick to identify the problem. He found a problem I was unable to identify. He also gave some advice on some outdoor receptacle that I need to have fixed. Jesse was the electrician who came out.

We called for a quote to install a new outlet for a new dishwasher that we're adding to our kitchen. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful in providing information on what the electrician would be doing and giving me an estimate as to how much time it would take and what the cost would be. The only reason we didn't go with them is that another company quoted us the same hourly rate and could be here on Friday as opposed to Monday.

Electrician was very prompt, very friendly, helpful (giving useful advice on electrical tasks I plan to do myself) and efficient. He was willing to work around my house-work (delaying disconnecting power until my bread was out of the oven.) My only complaint is that when I forgot to be home to let him in the first time (...my bad!) they didn't try very hard to get ahold of me to come back home to preserve the original schedule. I had to reschedule for two weeks later. (Again, my fault, but they didn't try to help me recover from it.)

Our washer and dryer stopped working. We replaced the fuse and they worked temporarily but then stopped again. We scheduled an appointment with Anderson, and Andy came over and quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything has worked perfectly since. One thing of note is that Andy was running late that day, and no one called me to inform me. I called Anderson at the end of the window for our service call as I had another appointment that day. They offered to have Andy come over as soon as possible to confirm it was a quick job he could complete before I needed to leave home (which he did). It would have been nice to be proactively informed he was running late, but in the end I was happy with the overall experience and would use them again.

Setting up service was easy and the gal on the phone was very friendly. Chris was our electrician. He called beforehand and arrived when we were told he would. Chris was very friendly and did a great job hanging the lights. We thought the price was fair and the service was excellent. We would definitely use Anderson again.

Andy was prompt and friendly and worked quickly but competently. He had all the parts and tools he needed. He had no problem slipping into the attic as necessary (especially considering there was little room in the hipped roof.) Did an above-average job cleaning up.

Came on time, worked hard and did really nice high quality finished work. Things that I had been meaning to do for a long time. Very nice work and would use again.
