NATURE SCAPE LAWN & LANDSCAPE

This was the second application for my mother's house up for sale.  It has worked.  My problem has been knowing when they were coming both this time and the first time. I ordered two applications.  The first one took over 3 weeks to get done.  I just happened to call them about the second application and it had already been schedule so I was pleased it hadn't been forgotten or applied too close to the first application.

Lawn looks better already.  Can't wait for next application!

They were prompt and on time to aerate my lawn. It is much easier to have the professionals come in and do the job than to go rent equipment. I will use them next year for various lawn needs.

I called this company well in advance this past spring for aeration of my lawn. I had used them before, a couple years ago, and had a good experience. I have a very small city yard, and the flat rate of 59.00 was appealing to me. There was a lot of rain this spring, so it took a while for them to come out. When they finally came, the service man was polite and quick. He couldn't get the roller through the opening of the fence in the back yard because of a retaining wall. He said he could do it if we lifted it up over a jutting brick. I was dressed in work clothes and couldn't do it, but would have if I didn't have to leave. He said he would return with another man to finish the job, I just had to call the office and tell them. I called the office, told the woman what happened, and she was extremely RUDE. She stated that and quot;We tell all our customers you have have a certain width of fence to get the machine throughand quot;. This was an absolute lie, no one told me this and they had no problem before. I told her I was a previous customer and she accused me of lying because she couldn't find me in their system. I told her it was 2 years ago and then she said they changed systems, so I must have been dropped. The communication with this woman was extremely unprofessional, and accusatory - and I am the customer! At the end of the conversation, she said they would come and finish the job. They NEVER came. They just sent me a bill with a finance charge! I will never use this company again, I never feel good about giving my hard-earned money to people who are downright rude and get away with unfinished work.

They've been great, and are very reliable. They are always prompt, and I'd highly recommend their services.
