MTD worked with the insurance company to get our work done and paid for. It has been 6 months and they still have not finished and they have not paid sub-contractors that they used previously. He is now claiming he needs the final check to pay the sub-contractors even though I have given him $6800 and he owes them only $2500. There were nails sticking out of the trim and I complained and he said that he did not want to redo the trim. I feel bad because the sub-contractors did a good job. He did a horrible job! Instead of removing all of the damaged tiles and insulation they just laid the sheet rock over the top. They were really responsive but they never came up with solutions.
