The reason why we went with this company is because he was flexible, they let us do some of the work and the price was right. Flexibility was the biggest thing and working within our budget was another attraction. We actually ended up asking them to do a larger building than what we were going to settle on because of the price. They offered to do the labor at no extra charge. They are very flexible. The original quote was for $46000 and what we ended up was for $ 28000 and our budget was $30000 so it was perfect. Over all they were very professional, they came up with things that we had other people come and do quotes from and they never even brought up.

No work performed

They arrived when they said they would, and got to work quickly. Upon discovering a carpenter's ant nest in the rotting underlayment, they did nothing, and I only knew it was there because I happened to be home that day to check up on them. I had to run to the garage, grab ant poison, and apply it myself, and to this day I remain anxious as to whether they've been taken care of. They applied a great new energy star rated roof, but the corners are sloppily cut, and they installed the metal strip that attaches it to the fascia in the wrong place. They also left construction debris all over our yard. Jim, the business owner, was as appalled by their work as us, and he waited to bill us for almost six months in order to monitor the roof and make sure everything was functioning as it should. He also said that he has let go the two workers who installed the roof. He was nice, but the work was shoddy.
