HE DIDN'T PROVIDE WRITTEN ESTIMATES OR COSTS ONLY VERBAL. I HAD TO CONSTANTLY CALL HIM TO GET A BILL. THEN, WHEN I FINALLY DID GET A VERBAL BILL, IT WAS $400 MORE THAN THE HIGH END OF THE VERBAL COST WE HAD AGREED UPON. I WOULD LIKE HIM TO STICK WITH THE ORIGINAL COST OR AT LEAST GIVE ME AN ITEMIZED BREAK DOWN TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE IN COST. HE IS NOT VERY RESPONSIVE AND DOES NOT RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY.
