Wonderful! Mr. Ferraro had a great attitude and was able to speak at everyone's level of knowledge in the real estate process. I never had a question go unanswered. Mr. Ferraro was there every step of the way. I would also like to say that I have just hired Mr. Ferraro again, and after viewing the 'property of my dreams'' with him, came to see just what a bad investment this would have been for me. Mr. Ferraro pointed out so many faults with the property that I had not seen, I was amazed. At first I must say I was disheartened, but then came to realize that Mr. Ferraro was more interested in me making a sound investment, than his own commission. This is stunning in today's world. I will never be able to thank him enough for putting my interests first and not his own wallet. I will, most definitely, hire Mr. Ferraro in the future.
