MH ANDERSON PAINTING

I've hired Mike for several different painting jobs, both exterior and interior.  He's always a pleasure to work with -- his bids are always very reasonable, but I'd probably hire him even if they weren't.
I tend to be fairly ambivalent/hands-off about home maintenance work, and I love being able to hire Mike and just tell him to do the  job and use his best judgement about things like timing and material choices.  Everything always gets done and looks good, and I don't have to think about it while it's happening.

The process was very easy.  He performed the work as requested, it looked (very) good when finished, he was timely and accurate in his estimating of time and materials. 

It was a terribly rainy fall, and I feared that we'd never get the garage done in time, but as soon as the weather cleared, they were there and working away. The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate. I'd never use another painter. I'll be calling them soon because I moved to a clapboard house that is now in need of painting!

We absolutely love Anderson Painting. They're reasonable, friendly, and efficient. They did a much better job with coverage than another contractor we'd had out to paint the rafters the year before; I did not have to ask them to fix anything when they were done. They cleaned up their messes, and the final amount was very close to the estimate. We hired them again when we were about to sell our house and the buyer's FHA inspector said the garage needed to be painted before close. They came out on short notice and, again, charged us a very reasonable price.

Mike came and gave an estimate, was able to work within my short schedule to get the work completed, and the end result was a very professional and appealing apartment. They did what they said they would -- time-wise, work-wise, materials-wise. I would recommend this company again in an instant.

Everything about these guys is deluxe. Mike is a pleasure to work with, and he and his crew do a beautiful, meticulous job. I've hired them to paint two different apartments and have been 100% satisfied both times. They're working for me on a time and materials basis, so I can't comment on bid accuracy.

These painters were recommended by our next door neighbor and they are a father and son team. We got a couple of bids for this job and they were by far the cheapest. It took them a little over a week to finish the job. The only unexpected item was that what we actually paid for labor ended up being $82 more than the estimate we signed up for. Other than that, they did good work and were neat.
