They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. They also brought in an extra crew so all the work was finished in one day. I passed inspection by Xcel Energy and got a rebate!

Mike made time to fit our job in before the first snow fall.  He also knew we were in a time crunch to make sure our home sale went through at the end of November.  He really went out of his way for us.  The Blower door test and the rest of the high tech equipment he brought over - checking moisture levels and more in the attic during various stages of the remediation process made all of us feel like we were in the right hands.  Mike takes a lot of pride in what he does and is willing to stop, explain and go over the various stages with his customers.  The MGT team worked really hard to get our job done within a reasonable time frame.  They didn't start and stop and take time off in the middle.  They started and worked hard, even on the weekend, until the job was completed.  Mike provided the buyer a detail report with photos of all the stages and lot of valuable info.  The final MGT touch was a really sweet Christmas Card/thank you card we received that was hand signed by everyone in the Company.  We recently built an entire home and did not receive a thank you for that work, but Mike knows customer service and we really appreciated his thanks to us.  When you meet Mike, you will realize he's a genuine and sincere person.  Even our buyer said that played a big role in why the buyer wanted MGT to do the work in the attic prior to completing our sale.  We can't say enough good things about MGT.  Don't be put off by the cost of this job, there is a lot of work that MGT did that I have not listed in detail.

It was a very pleasant experience.  They always showed up on time.  Cleaned up and did a great job my (undecipherable) my house where it is & 35% better now (in terms of air leakage and my bills went down a bit)

I'm a single mom with a busy schedule and a tight budget.
I've had around 10 contractors here in the last 2 years for various projects--some were fine, some were awful.
MGT was the BEST in every respect! They were timely, explained everything clearly without being patronizing, clearly had expert skills, they worked hard, were tidy, and tremendously polite, respectful and friendly. When they were done, they even had some suggestions for me about things I could do myself (insulate outlet covers on exterior walls, where to place the carbon monoxide detector to be most effective, where to place smoke detectors, etc.). It is an absolute pleasure to write this review of their services, because they went above and beyond in all ways.

I was very pleased with the insulating crew. The sub-contractors had made some holes in the front wall and I tried contacting them several times, within the last 2 weeks to seal the same, but there was no response. They were reasonably priced and were very responsive in returning my calls. They were punctual and seemed very professional. They were great, but the sub-contractors were bad. I will use their services in future.

My experience overall with MGT was great. I learned things about my house in general due to their thorough explanation of the work being done. They knew that I didnt really know too much about insulating homes and they left me with a sense that they did not take advantage of that and that they did the job right. Mike showed up exactly at the agreed upon time, he was friendly, respectful, and courteous. He performed a Blower Door test and and used his infrared camera to pin point areas of concern. When the crew arrived I could tell that they were very experienced in what they do and they told me the job would take two days and that is exactly what it took. They air sealed in the basement and attic. They sealed what Mike called by-passes that I didnt know even existed. They went into the kneewalls and insulated and showed me pictures of the finished product after they sealed. They were able to insulate the peak through the slants and get the slants really good too. The slants looked good on the infrared Mike took after the job was complete. My biggest fear was having them drill holes in my stucko. We have all seen those stucko houses that look terrible after an insulation job. Aside from having to tolerate a few hours of noise, the walls turned out great and Mike used a professional stucko guy to patch the drill holes the right way!! My house looks great! I knew that insulating a home is somewhat of a messy process but I have to admit that I didnt need to do nearly as much cleaning afterward as I thought I was gonna need to do. Therefore, I would have to give MGT an A on the grade sheet. I would definately use them again and I am certainly going to recommend them if I run into anyone who needs insulation done the right way!
