Expected 9:00 Joe 9:15 10:00 Kyle 9:30 10:00 Robie 11:00 not scheduled. They left @ Kyle 1:30 3:30 Robie 2:30 Joe 2:30 4:00 Air sealed major air leaks, installed pipe wrap on water heater, told me what there were going to do. Satisfied. Replaced the light bulbs they the wrong light bulbs in my lamps. When they insulated my foundation didn't care how they cut the insulation "they did not have tools to cut insulation " did not have enough insulation. Kyle stood around told Joe "it was too cold to set up the attic insulation machine. Turned up thermostat water heater asked not too. Kyle statements he told me that he told Robie "If you like my attitude or this this job you can go". When Kyle was here he put Robie down "I want to go to my other job" Asked Joe to add an hour to his time. They not finish behind dryer sink crawl space inspection. no call for change of plans or send a check for filling out survey
