Technician pick up the copier the same day I called in. He said there would be $49.00 charge to check out the copier at the shop. I told him to go ahead and check it out. He called me back a few days later and told me the copier was out dated and he would not be able to fix it. I ask him how much I owed him and he said no charge because he couldn't fix it and returned it to me for free.

Called Al to get a quote on a replacement printer. He responded in a timely matter and provided a couple options. Once we had made the decision on which one would suit our needs he brought it onsite and installed to a computer for no additional charge.

Henry called me all the time to tell me where he was and how long he thought it would be before he could come. This occurred even the first day before he actually came. On the day he came, he called first thing on the morning to give me his schedule and told me when he would call again. He called on time every time. He was prompt, courteous and went directly to work when he arrived, armed with a notebook on Canon printers. He told me they would discount any purchase I made because I had spent money on a repair call. I would definitely call him again and recommend him. Big Box retailers mail the printer to the manufacturer. Henry comes to your house (or business). Although the accent if heavy my all I spoke to, they understand everything and communicate a high level of customer service.
