Snowblower tune-up...in the middle of winter season: same-day pickup, three day turnaround. Other shops had 3 week or longer turnaround. Machine performing normally again. Very courteous, friendly, down-to-earth staff. I will come back.

They quickly identified the issue, fixed it in a week for a reasonable price. Their customer service is outstanding. They personally very friendly and courteous. They let me know how long it would take. They called a left a message when it was ready. They gave me good advice for taking care of it. They even put some new gas/oil mix in so it was ready to go. It has been working terrific. I have used it once, and started it to check a couple time, too. I would use again and

My snowblower was having problems with staying running. It would start
but then kill every time I tried to blow snow. Since I had not serviced
it since I bought it 7 years prior. Merriam Park Repair gave it a tune
up which took care of the issues. Super friendly at the front desk and
quick service considering the Holiday timing. Would use again.

Could not have gone better. They were prompt and efficient despite the fact that I delivered the snowblower to them just after the first snowfall of the season. I was so pleased that when I picked up the blower, I gave them my mower for maintenance. I've definitely found a winner thanks to your recommendations.

We took the mower in, we were given an estimated completion date, we were called when it was done (on time).  We were very happy with the service and the price.

I haven't used my snow blower for 3 years before this repair - even had it serviced for more money at the hardware store and it still didn't run past one use. I took it out today to blow 3 feet of snow and it started on the first pull and ran like a top. Yay Merriam Park Repair!!!!

They do good work but it is not cheap. I will continue to use them for all my small engine repair needs.

A FRIENDLY SHOP -- GREAT JOB ON GETTING OUR MOWER TO US WHEN PROMISED. THE MOWER WORKS GREAT.

IT WAS NOT WORKING WHEN I TOOK IT IN, THE FIXED IT AND NOW IT'S RUNNING JUST FINE. I APPRECIATED HIS TIPS ON CARING FOR IT. HOWEVER I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GOING TO LOOK AT IT AND CALL BACK WITH IN THE NEXT FOUR DAYS. SO NOT HEARING ANYTHING AFTER A WEEK I CALLED AND IT WAS FINISHED SHORTLY AFTER THAT.

MOWER WASN''T DONE WHEN WE CALLED BACK AFTER THE ESTIMATED 10 DAYS HAD COME. HOWEVER, THEY PUT OURS AHEAD OF SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE WE NEEDED IT THAT DAY. IT WAS DONE THAT SAME DAY. THEY TRIED VERY HARD TO PLEASE.

COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE. THIS HAPPENED AT BEGINNING OF SEASON AND THEY HAD THE MOWER READY IN 6 DAYS. (ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS 7-10 DAYS) DID NOT TRY TO SELL ADDITIONAL SERVICE/ITEMS. A NEIGHBOR OF MINE RECOMMENDED THEM BASED ON EXPERIENCE WITH HIS SNOW BLOWER.
