They were responsive to our requests for repairs and upgrades, although the work done was not always top-quality. Some contractors they've hired have sometimes not adhered to schedule or have done sub-par work. Some repairs have not been satisfactory, despite repeated visits. Overall, workmanship is not of a quality commensurate with the price paid for the house.
