Matt was a former co-worker of my father-in-law; we gave him a call after we'd been to an open house (different agent) and wanted to check out the house again. Matt showed us the place (several times), and even hired a friend of his who did rehab work to come out and let us know what kinds of work we could do and what should be contracted out. We were ready to make an offer, but Matt asked us to sleep on it...and we're glad we did. We looked at a number of other places (and almost made offers--but Matt repeated his advice), and we eventually found our great current home. Matt was extremely low pressure and amazingly helpful throughout the whole process. Even after the sale, Matt stopped by several times to check in with us (even buying our little guy a book about moving). Matt will be the first person we call the next time we buy or sell a place.
