During the oil change, they discovered a broken part in the filter assembly. Before replacing, they called to update me on the problem and ask if I wanted the part replaced.
They tested the cam sensor and found no problems, so this problem remains unresolved.
During diagnosis, they also found another minor issue and informed me of it but performed no service.
Overall they are very friendly and responsive, although their prices are high. They informed me of additional charges and got my approval before commencing work.

They gave me an estimate, I chose the items that needed to be done, and they performed the service on it. They did a nice job and they had it done on time. We have been very happy with them. It's easy to get appointments. They always do good job with the service. They do follow up on my service to make sure that I am happy. They take care of the problem.

I had been doing some research for a new (or and quot;new-to-meand quot;) car purchase and was pretty clear on the make and model I wanted. Noticed that Maplewood Audi had a vehicle I was interested in (Infinity G35x) in inventory through AutoTrader.com and contacted a sales team member through that site's and quot;chat functionand quot;. The person who responded was Jen Brown, and then began the best, most pleasant car buying experience. From that first and quot;chatand quot;, Jen personally walked out to inspect the vehichle to confirm some specific detail questions I had and we made an appointment to meet on a Saturday morning. We came out to look at the car and meet Jen in person, and she was fantastic. Very informative and equally low pressure - none of the and quot;smarmy 'What can I do to get you in a car today...' approach. She was patient with us, and let us take the car for a drive. Then when asked about what other vehicles on the lot she thought this model most compared to, she pointed them out and let us drive them as well. After making our decision, we arranged to come back the following business day to complete the deal. The price listed was very reasonable....remember, I had spend several hours doing my research....and the vehicle was in super-clean shape. No upselling, no drama a very clean and straightforward transaction. Jen and the Fand I Manager (Tina, I believe her name was) were very friendly and professional.

One more thing, after we completed the deal, there was a minor hiccup with getting information from my auto insurance provider, so I was unable to drive the car home that night, despite the Maplewood Audi team's best efforts. So the next day, Jen drives the car out to my workplace, we swap the keys (new car and my trade) and complete the paperwork at my worksite.....all because she didn't want me to have to drive from the Western Suburbs to Maplewood a third time. Now that was service!

The next time I am looking for a vehicle...I will look for Jen!

The low oil indicator came on in my recently purchased 2008 Audi A4 Avant 5000 miles after my last oil change. I was concerned because I was told when I bought the car I was told that the service interval for oil changes was 10,000 miles. I called the service department to ask what was wrong and to inquire about getting the oil topped off. The gentlemen in the service department informed me that losing some oil is normal for the turbo engine and that 5000 miles was about right for having to top off. I asked about what type of oil to use and he said I should just come in and they would do it for no cost. I brought my car in around lunch time and they topped off the oil in about five minutes. I hardly had to wait at all.

Booked appointment over the internet. Also talked to a service rep before hand. Service reps are knowledgeable and professional. Upon arrival, "check in" and review of problems/repairs to be done is pretty straightforward. This is a dealer that sells and services vehicles. Customers can wait by the showroom. There is WiFi service so you can do computer work. The environment is pretty much "5-star". The showroom, reception area, and service bays are very clean. Waiting area is quiet. Repair work has always been completed as promised. The work is cleanly done and the car is washed before returning to you. No grease or oil fingerprints anywhere. Service work is warranted but I expect no errors since this is an Audi shop and they have all the manufacturer's diagnostics and tools. Of course, you pay for all this. Service rates are very expensive though I have no idea how they compare vs other luxury brands. Also, unscheduled repairs on my Audi are forcing me to question the Total Cost of Ownership of a German luxury vehicle.

I had some maintenance work done along with some warranty work, and they did everything to my liking. I really like and appreciate how they treat me as the customer. They are quick to work out problems and provide a reliable service. I will use this dealership in the future.

Overall, it went well. They had given me a loaner car free of charge. When they found the additional problem with my brakes, Bruce, my service adviser, told me they had to keep my car over the weekend. I had not been planning on this, but I was glad I had a loaner car I could use in the meantime. Bruce is actually one of the best service advisor's I've worked with. He's quite knowledgeable about work that needs to get done and has given me other valuable tips in the past.
