When I inherited the property, I tried to have the account put into my name. They refused to talk to me because I wasn't listed on the account and continued charging the previous owner's account. That account had to be cancelled first - then I would need to talk to sales about starting a new account. I looked around for another comany that provides this service in Minnneapolis and had no luck.
Because I did not want them to have my checking account at their disposal I decided to pay extra by credit card.
Every time I've spoken to them on the phone, they were un-friendly and a bit unprofessional. We've since sold the propery and I'm glad that I don't have to deal with them anymore.
