Customer service is very responsive and helpful, but I think the constant staff churn makes it difficult to coach people even when instructions are provided to them. At this point, I am still trying to figure out whether to retain them for future cleaning or not.
"Thanks for the feedback. We're working on improving consistency. To that end, if you have any specific requests (either for every visit or for a specific visit), please let the office know ahead of time. We'll include it in the team's written instructions and they will be all prepared when they come in the door."
They always call the day before to confirm the time of arrival and if your day falls on a holiday, they make arrangements to accommodate you. They are always prompt
The employees are friendly and courteous and get right to work upon arrival. They make notes as to how I want things cleaned in case a different Brigade team were to come the next time
I highly recommend them
At their most recent cleaning, however, the team broke a window. This was not reported to us. The blinds were simply closed over the window. We did not have reason to open the blinds of that particular window until several days later, then we noticed the broken window and took pictures, which clearly show that the window was broken from the inside. We reported this to them, and they refused to admit responsibility. There were no other visitors to our house in the interim, and the window was not broken prior to their visit. Given the multiple small broken items throughout their course of service, we should have likely not been surprised by the fact that this incident was not reported to us, but it was still disappointing that they were so unprofessional. We will not be using their services in the future, and caution others to do so only if they are able to inspect and document the state of their home thoroughly before and after each visit to ensure there is no significant property damage!
"We’re sorry to hear this but we genuinely don’t believe we caused any window damage. The customer reported that there were shards of glass on the floor which shows that it occurred after we had cleaned. And the glass pattern indicates that something likely struck the outside of the window. You can’t blame the cleaners for everything! Nonetheless, since the customer has been with us for 2 ½ years, we invited them to share their repair estimate with us to see if we could assist on a good faith basis."

The great:
They were great with the fact that we had a dog, and willing to work around him and even let him outside midday. They always leave a nice little note welcoming us home. They set up the couch cushions, countertops, and kids beds rather nicely by arranging the cushions/blankets/countertop stuff. Sometimes it's the little things that just kind of make you smile. I think they're a little more expensive than other cleaning services, but totally worth it for the friendly cleaning products. They have cleaned all the water spots off our shower walls. I am in awe!!
The not so great:
When I first called to get an estimate I accurately gave my houses stats over the phone. When they came over to verify the house size, it was discovered that they had coded one of my bathrooms as a half bath but they're all full baths (I know I told them correctly over the phone). This increased the price around $15/visit. I wasn't overly upset by this but found it a little annoying.
They really talked up their vacuums and said within a few visits they would have all the dog hair up regularly. I looked a little sideways at them with this claim as we have a 90 lb yellow lab and can never get all the hair out of our carpet - I don't really expect to be able to. While their vacuums are better than ours, they still don't get all the hair up. I think that's fine, but they did claim they would.
Other things:
I do wish they had a little more flexibility in rescheduling cleanings. They seem to be full pretty fast, although maybe I call too late to get things switched. I'm sure they don't want employees standing around doing nothing but sometimes I have things come up last minute and I haven't been able to get things changed when I'd like to. Not a huge deal there either. Their phone lines are a little confusing. I think there's a national call center and a local center, and sometimes you'll get rerouted to one or the other and it's rather confusing for everyone involved.
Overall I would highly recommend them. As I said this is my first experience with a cleaning company and it's been very nice.

Overall I would recommend them to a friend because they did provide very good service.
I had items broken that were not reported to me only for me to discover them later. Never did they clean the inside of a trash can. There were times some trash cans were not even emptied.
My hardwood floors were cloudy instead of shiny cleaned only with a swifter type cleaning and left to dry. My shower glass door that had a finish on it to repel water and thus not spot, no longer has that. I am assuming this is from products they used.
The management team was difficult to deal with. If I complained, they came to oversee the crew but things never really improved. Their communication tool was a weekly card for me to fill out and return but the format was not beneficial in letting them know how things went and I only used it when I was extremely upset over services. (I must add they crew the last 2 weeks has shown improvement so this is not about them)
My final straw was a dispute over a charge for skipping a week while out of town. Apparently, this was anew policy I had never been informed of though last year I had canceled them while on vacation and they never up charged me for it then
"It is unfortunate that this customer decided to vent undeservedly at her cleaning service. We strive for consistency in our service. We also do our best to minimize disruption when customers are home. Naturally, some noise must be expected due to the nature of cleaning a house. Similarly, it is not reasonable to expect to use a kitchen or bathroom while it is being cleaned. Accidents can happen and when a small decorative item was broken last year we promptly replaced it. We do solicit feedback after every cleaning including mail and online options as well as regular surveys. This customer rated us as excellent only a few weeks ago. We have not changed billing policies in the last two years and have charged this customer only what we provided in writing. Suffice it to say that this customer paid us to clean her home 83 times so this report is not at all reflective of our quality. We regret that this customer had some unrelated issues which led her to behave unprofessionally regarding us. Nonetheless, we do wish her well in resolving her personal matters."

"Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you had a less than stellar experience. You requested an afternoon cleaning due to your closing in the morning. The team arrived at 2:07pm, approximately 7 minutes later we than estimated. However, they were able to get the job done and you confirmed that the job was completed to your satisfaction at 4:46pm (otherwise they could easily have continued the next morning). As always, we stand behind all our work. When you contacted us some 24 hours later to let us know of an issue, we promptly provided a re-clean the next day. We understand that moving house can be stressful and our goal is to make it easier."
