Ordered the wrong wheel for our a cub cadet riding mover. Took part in so it could be seen, my wife met with a woman that was not nice or personable. She didn't even check to see if there replacement part was the correct part. The wheel that was ordered was incorrect one and they will not return it, "per their policy." We are now out 2 wheels we cannot use and $200

LTG's knowledgeable sales and service staff discussed what we were looking for and we quickly determined for about the same money as a residential machine we could get into a commercial grade snow thrower with a better performance record. We purchased a Pro series Ariens unit and picked it up today.

Eric and the rest of the staff were great to work with! Two year financing was arranged and Eric even had us wait an extra week so as to avoid an unnecessary service fee. Staff members showed us the important details regarding operation and even took care of the warranty paperwork.

Whether you are shopping for residential or professional grade it makes no sense to shop at a hardware store or big box. LTG has been in business 45 years and they know their stuff. They sell and service many major brand of lawn and snow equipment. Thus far, in our opinion, they rock!
