Really well. Our previous backflow prevention had a slow leak that we finally had replaced (it was plastic and we replaced it with a brass unit). Lone Oak was able to replace ours at a reasonable price and it's been working great with no leaks.

So I'm a bit of a researcher. I've been looking forward to installing an irrigation system for a long time, so I contacted 5 different highly-rated companies from Angie's List to get bids. Then I (admittedly, neurotically) created a spreadsheet to evaluate them based on the equipment used, their (apparent) knowledge of the industry, their recommendations about number of zones, number of heads per zone, concerns about water pressure, and other things. I also evaluated price, Angie's List discounts, and whether they might give a discount for paying in cash. I gave some additional credit to folks I liked (but not much), and had a couple of follow-up questions for a couple of the contractors after our initial walk-throughs.
I LOVED THESE GUYS. Bob, the owner, is deeply knowledgable. He came up with a great plan, explained it well to me, responded promptly to my email follow-ups, and happily coordinated with another contractor I was working with (a hydroseeding company called TC Hydro-Seeding, Inc... also awesome) to coordinate the timing and install.
They were here as agreed. Bob and 2 staff got the system installed in about a day and a half (one afternoon and much of the following day). He rerouted the tubing for one head at my request (after he had already installed the pipe the first time), and was exceptionally helpful, personable, and competent. They cleaned up well, marked everything cleanly, and even helped solve a couple of other problems that arose (GRRRR, COMCAST). He explained our new system to me in detail.
All in all, this was a flawless experience. I trusted him from the beginning, believe in the products he chose for the install, and recommend him (and the company) without reservation. As for pricing, he was almost exactly in the middle of the 5 bids I received, but he used the same top-end equipment that the higher bids claimed were their cost-differentiating features.
Use this company. Top shelf.

Originally we were trying to add to a new system, it just didn't' work. We decided we needed to re-do it. They put me off for weeks and weeks. I fired them, they called back and asked for me to give them another chance. I called them a few weeks ago and told them that there were several things broken that needed to be done, they never called me back. They always got to me at the end of the day, I felt like an afterthought to them and not an important customer. They would frequently not show up, or show up late.

I have not gotten the bill for that service yet. I have been using them for about three months now. They redid what another guy really messed up. They were fabulous. They quoted me a price and it was right on the money. They are a good company.

The project went really well. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They finished the installation in one day and I was very happy with the job.

We had some trouble at first, and I was ready to use someone else. However, the owner called me afterwards and was very apologetic and honest about the mistakes they made. He then offered to install the system at half off to make up for everything, and it ended up being a good job.

Prompt response to setting the work. Professional and polite. Very satisfied with service.

Great. Bob showed up to supervise the work of his employees. There were no issues and the new system works great.

They were recommended to us by the company who installed our paver patio. Their price was about the same as 3 other companies we got bids from but they provided more sprinkler heads and more zones for the price. We had some difficulty communicating and setting a date for the installation but once they were on site they did a very good job. We have marginal water pressure and they adjusted the heads per zone to provide good coverage.

They came out and worked in the rain for a couple of hours to get the job done. It was freezing outside. They saved all of the main valve boxes and wiring so I was real pleased that none of that got ruined.

The installed system provided full irrigation coverage for my yard that supported growth even during the driest months of this past summer. The work was completed with very little disruption to the ornamental growing spaces.
