They were very great and they were the best owners I had ever had. They have historic apartment buildings around. They are very easy to work with and do a lot of efforts to do Eco friendly apartments but they had capitalistic services. They are very friendly. They have good buildings and solar water heaters. They are building a natural garden at one of their apartment buildings. It was a nice experience. We paid $790 when we first moved in and $800 after the first year for a large one bedroom apartment with a dining room and a big walking closet. They were always responsive with maintenance issues and everything.
