LINEAR CERAMIC AND TILE

The project was a nightmare. Specifically: * He poured a liquid cement floor material that flowed under the bathroom wall, down the laundry room drain; the drain was 100% blocked with solid, hardened cement. He was aware of his mistake but did nothing to fix it. We had to hire a professional plumber to repair; cost was $1,280. * Throughout the project, he committed to work days but then never showed up. There were many long periods of time (seven days or more) when no work was done. * Two months into the project, we requested he identify a completion date. He said he would work daily until it was done. After that, if he did show up, it was only for 1-2 hours. * The quality of work was so poor that we had to get a professional tile person to fix nearly half the tile that Cory set. * When it was obvious he wasn't going to finish the project, we found we were significantly short materials and had to go out and spend an additional $300 on materials.
