We hired him to remove a patch of tall feather grass by digging it up by the roots for $100. Two men came and removed the grass in about 40 minutes. After they left, we noticed that all of the thick roots were still there. We called back and asked them to come and finish the job. They did and completed the job in about another 45 minutes, along with a lecture on how I should have checked it before they left. I assumed as a garden service he understood that I wanted all of the roots dug up to remove the grass, not just on the surface. They did do a good job in the end that we are happy with.
