Langer's Tree Service

Langer's is the second provider we've used for tree removal at our home and is hands-down the winner. Because there was so much storm damage after our July storm, they were able to initially just remove enough limbs to clear the street. They came back later in the fall and did a phenomenal job of cleaning up our large 1-acre lot. There were 11 trees that were damaged, broken off, or completely knocked down and they handled everything well over a period of fewer than 3 days. Compare that with 8 days spread over 2 months by our previous provider. Langer's left the site clean and left behind the logs that my overly ambitious husband wants to cut and split for firewood.
Langers - Do you cut and split firewood too????  Just kidding.  Thanks for your help with our cleanup.

The removal was fast and used a bucket and some hand labor. The process removed most of the big roots of the shrubs. Stump removal of the trees was done the next day, followed by cleanup. The removal of the oak stump was so good we could plant the new tree and shrubs anywhere in the planting bed.

We requested 4 estimates for this tree removal. One tree service we have used in the past indicated he was going to bid it high because he really didn't want the job due to the location of the tree, the power lines and size, which would require special equipment for him. The two other estimates were considerably higher and we were surprised at the reasonableness of Langer. They are located close by and do a lot of work in North Oaks and neighboring communities. They also recycle the trees they remove rather than simply taking them to some dump site. They arrived on the scene very soon after the weight limits were lifted on the roads in this community. They were well equipped, very professional and good to deal with. The tree was removed and the site cleaned up. Their billing was exactly as we had been quoted.

I thought they were very nice and we will use them again. There were 2 college guys that installed it all. It took all day and they were very helpful.
