Lakeland sourced a new hose for me, switched out the power source to my outlet style, found me a like-new power-head, all in under 24 hours. So happy, what a great experience.

I called and they suggested I stop by their office to see the various models and attachments. From the time I stopped in to having a fully functioning new vac was maybe 2 hours! They were able to install it that afternoon. Everything is working fine.

They installed it the same day, though they could've scheduled it for a later date. It was done within 2 hours of my initial call. Wayne Sr. Owner and Sales, and Wayne Jr., Installer, were outstanding. They even brought over a demo hose and power head for me to try. The next day I went and purchased a Nutone Accessory kit as I have a very expensive and deep carpet for my basement, and what I currently have didn't work well. I'm extremely satisfied. Straight shooters and kind folks.
